The MSc2 Real Estate Management and MSc2 Asset Management students, as part of their “Property & Facility Management” courses, visited the “Au Fil des Saisons” construction sites in Kaufman & Broad in Mérignac and the already delivered Primavera residence in Caudéran, built by the same developer.
These visits, supervised by Grazia LO RITO, responsible for the prescribers of K&B, Fréderic SIMON, Technical Manager and Clément OUDARD, Director of the program, allowed to illustrate the concepts evoked by the professionals of the sector during the seminars given at INSEEC.
