Joining the Online program enables you to specialize in Business while developing your skills in sales techniques and your ability to undertake and innovate. It’s also a global program choice, since it covers all aspects of business.
You’ll also learn about the retail and distribution concepts that enable you to manage and run a sales outlet, whether franchised or not, as well as select and motivate a team.
It is also designed to enable any manager wishing to progress within a chain to master the tools and methods needed to lead and develop a distribution network. In this way, you can one day embark on a sales development or entrepreneurial adventure.

A 1 or 3-year diploma course for business development and start-ups
Holders of a BAC can enter the 1st year Bachelor program, and those with a BAC+2 can enter the 3rd year Bachelor program.
The Bachelor’s program welcomes students from a variety of backgrounds: BTS, RNCP level 5 qualifications, DUT, preparatory classes, Licence 2.
The Bachelor Online program trains students to understand and grasp the mechanisms involved in setting up a business, the causes of failure and the conditions for success. Students will be able to understand the usefulness and methodology of drawing up a business plan, learn about the processes and stages involved in taking over a company, and prepare for the creation of their own Start Up in the short term.
The program can be taken as part of a work-study program in the third year at the company of your choice. It gives you the basics needed to monitor and analyze the data linked to your activity, draw up an overall assessment of your actions and make recommendations for adjustments.
As with all our programs, which are specialized and professionalizing, the Bachelor Online gives students the ability to be fully operational once they graduate.

How long is the Bachelor Online course?
Every year, the start of the Bachelors Online program takes place in September.
The online Bachelor’s program lasts between 9 and 12 months, and is distance learning at the student’s own pace, ensuring a good work-life balance. Students are required to visit one of our 7 campuses twice during the year for certification tests.
Course content is available on the OMNES Education Group’s online teaching platform: Boostcamp. Students hand in their exercises and exams on the same platform.
Courses also take place in virtual classrooms with professional lecturers, all experts in their field.
Bachelor Online students take 2 or 3 subjects a month, as well as a series of core projects. They have access to forums for exchanges between students and with lecturers.
To avoid any loss of information, a common WhatsApp group brings students together to keep them informed at all times.

What are the prerequisites for the Bachelor Online program?
- To enter the first year, you must hold a baccalauréat (all sections) or a Diplôme d’Accès aux Études Universitaires (DAEU), recognized as level 4;
- To enter the third year, you need to have passed a 120 ECTS or a level 5 in a sector considered to be identical in terms of skills to that of the course, or to have passed 180 ECTS in a management science environment.

What professional skills are developed with the Bachelor Online?
The objectives in terms of skills are to be able to :
- Implement marketing strategy;
- Block 1 – Participate in drawing up a business development strategy
- Block 2 – Implement and manage an omnichannel sales development plan
- Block 3 – Define and manage the budgetary elements of the sales action plan
- Block 4 – Manage and develop sales team activities
- Block 5 – Professionalization – Designing and implementing sales initiatives for start-ups
The ” Responsable d’activités commerciales” professional certification, level 6 (EU), code NSF 312, is awarded by the INSEEC Bachelor (CEE-RA, CEE-Ouest, CEFAS, MBA INSTITUTE, CEE-SO) and registered under number 38604 in the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) by decision of France Compétences dated 09/02/2024.
This certification is accessible via VAE.
Validation of certification is obtained by capitalizing on four blocks of skills common to all courses, plus a professionalization block depending on the candidate’s course.
How does the INSEEC Bachelor program work?

Evaluation methods
The 3-year program alternates between concept acquisition and practical application.
Each semester is validated by 30 ECTS credits. Progression through the Bachelor’s program is achieved by validating each semester one after the other, i.e. 180 ECTS credits acquired at the end of the 3-year program.
Apart from lectures and visits, each module is subject to continuous assessment, either summative or formative, written or oral, individual or collective.
In the third and final year of the INSEEC Bachelor’s program, a skills-based assessment is organized that is as close as possible to the professional situation (case study, professional simulation, portfolio, oral presentation, professional practice dissertation, etc.).
The procedures for obtaining certification are described in the previous paragraph.
Methods and tools
- Students will have access to the Boostcamp learning platform to follow their courses, submit assignments, exchange with lecturers and receive information about their course.
- Virtual classes are planned using DOODLE
- Virtual classes will take place on the TEAMS platform
- Students will have access to the digital library for their research and assignments.
- In addition to English courses, students can use the Global Exam platform to prepare for the TOEIC exam.
What are the Bachelor Online tuition fees?
Tuition fees for the Bachelor Online program depend on the type of training you choose: initial training or sandwich course.
Initial training:
- 1st year Bachelor’s degree: €7,490
- 3rd year Bachelor’s degree: €7,850
Continuing education (sandwich courses):
- 3rd year Bachelor’s degree: €9,590

What is the duration of the INSEEC Bachelor program?
The length of the INSEEC Bachelor program varies depending on the year you enter the school:
- For entry into 1st year, the course lasts 36 months;
- For entry into 3rd year, the course lasts 11 to 12 months.

What to do after the Bachelor INSEEC?
While the INSEEC Bachelor’s program focuses on professional integration, further studies are also possible, for example by joining the specialized INSEEC MSc program or the INSEEC Grande Ecole program.
