For their last week on the INSEEC campus in Chambéry, the MSc 1 students competed in the traditional end-of-year Business Game.
A business game during which they deal with all the skills acquired in class. All this in teams of three or four students.
Focus on these three very busy days !

This last week of June was very busy for the students of the MSc 1 programs of the Chambéry Campus.
After the exams, three days are devoted to the traditional Business Game, in place for four years, and managed by Véronique Rodari, Head of the Sales Management program. The game is managed by Véronique Rodari, Head of Business Management Programs:
” We had 220 students this time, supervised by 10 coaches. This Business Game has three goals :
. pedagogical, because the goal is to touch areas such as dashboard or visual creation,
. academic, because this game is used and known by the biggest business schools,
. managerial : students are grouped in teams with members they do not know ! ”
With the final objective : the creation and management of a hotel-restaurant.

” A real way to end the year well “
All gathered in the amphitheater, the students discovered the program of the three days.
In parallel to the game, they also had to submit files : communication and visual identity on the first day, accompanied by an HR section, financial files on the last two days.
A very busy and sustained program.
” Students were asked to work primarily on business strategy consistent with staffing, menu selection, pricing and recruitment. It’s a way to close the year together on campus, especially since this Business Game is interspersed with the end-of-year party for all students, continues Véronique.
At the student level, the feeling was positive :
” Overall, they thought the game was interesting. They enjoyed working as a team. They can talk about new skills that they might not have been able to talk about before , ends Véronique, ready to go for a fifth round next year !
