The MSc2 Consulting and Business Development students recently had the chance to go to Chamonix.
Within the hotel of the brand ” Folie Douce “. They attended a two-day seminar.
A stay jointly organized byINSEEC Chambéry and Quinze.
The purpose of the stay was to exchange around various themes related to the notions of geopolitics, innovation and financing of the latter.
All this took place in the premises of La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix.
At the end of these two days of exchanges, the students met Camille Haucourt, assistant manager of the complex. They visited the alpine palace.
Camille introduced them to the history, the concept and the difference of this amazing establishment.
“We are in the premises of the former Palace le Savoy, in Chamonix.
La Folie Douce Hotels acquired it last winter, with the objective of developing its brand and its business. And La Folie Douce is well aware of the development.
The story began in 1980. That’s when Luc Reversade and his mother decided to open a French fry stand at the top of the slopes in Tignes. Today, La Folie Douce is a full-fledged concept, with a mix of restaurant, clubbing and hotel.
