Within the framework of the MSc2 Wealth Management and Real Estate Markets, followed on the INSEEC campus in Chambéry, Nabil Yakhlaf is doing his work-study at Crédit Agricole, in the Real Estate business center.
He tells us about his career and his current job.

“After completing a baccalauréat ES, I began my studies with a DUT in Business and Administration, specializing in Financial and Accounting Management”, presents Nabil.
“Even though this degree allows you to discover several fields, it is mainly specialized in finance. With subjects such as accounting, financial analysis and taxation. This allowed me to acquire a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis. This included an internship in a financial auditing firm. “
After a professional degree in Banking-Finance-Insurance, the student joinedINSEEC.
Why did you choose the MSc Wealth Management and Real Estate Markets?
” I chose this program because it was in line with my background. I have always been interested in asset management. Moreover, the presence of the real estate field in the Master’s program allowed me to deepen my knowledge in a field that I see every day in business. “

In the company, in parallel with his studies, this soccer fanatic is not idle.
” I support the real estate business managers. That is, I participate studies and financing arrangements for real estate players (developers, investors, property dealers, developers, social landlords). The study concerns the financial analysis of the company that carries out the project but also the analysis of the real estate project itself. This position allows me to have a double hat (professional-company aspect and real estate-clients’ assets)”.
“In addition, Crédit Agricole des Savoie allows me to carry out other more general missions. Indeed, I bring my support to the unit manager in his team management functions (legal watch, real estate market studies, steering, etc.) ”
In the immediate future, i.e. at the end of his Master’s degree, Nabil sees himself continuing in the same company.
” I feel that we, as work-study students, are accountable to our company. I would like to become a wealth management or professional advisor. Later, I would like to move into private banking/wealth management, to provide tailored advice.”
