Responsible for the protocol on game nights
On a daily basis, Maël is in charge of the sales assistant. And more specifically, the precise follow-up of the club’s partnerships.
” I study invoices and sponsorship contracts. I follow up on our partners’ payments. I help the sales representatives with tasks such as the realization of partnership proposals, or the reflection and presentation of the new sales brochure. ”
The game weeks are particularly intensive for Maël and his colleagues.
” I am also in charge of the installation of all the VIP areas of the Stadium. I therefore manage several people in civic service, temps and volunteers. As protocol manager, I also set up the match zones. I will take care of the match protocol, as well as the ball boys and escort kids. Finally, I also manage the club’s LinkedIn account. ”
