OMNES Education, the French leader in private higher education with 15 schools and 40,000 students, has joined forces with Olympique de Marseille via its management school, INSEEC, located on the Marseille Provence Campus. This partnership is in line with the Group’s strategy of establishing a long-term presence in local communities, and thereby actively contributing to their dynamism, for the benefit of students.
A unique INSEEC x OM curriculum: a tailor-made course for students
The OMNES Education group is setting up in Marseilles to strengthen its training offer, from post-high school to 2nd year postgraduate. In a city where sport occupies a special place in the daily lives of Marseilles residents, the INSEEC School of Management has joined forces with the Olympique de Marseille to offer students with a passion for management and the sports industry a unique opportunity to train in an environment of educational excellence.
Thanks to this partnership, the Marseille Provence Campus will be welcoming Bachelor (3rd year undergraduate) and Master of Science (2nd year postgraduate) students wishing to develop their skills in sports marketing and management from the start of the academic year in September 2024. In addition to academic training, course content is enriched by the experience of the club’s various departments. Some of these courses will be held at the Orange Velodrome, offering unrivalled immersion in the world of professional sport.
INSEEC’s Bachelor Sport Business and MSc Sport Marketing & Customer Experience courses are covered by the new scheme.
At OMNES Education, we embrace the values of educational excellence to help young people find their rightful place in the professional world. It was therefore only natural for us to enter into a partnership with the Olympique de Marseille club to offer young people in the region a unique experience in discovering the world of sport, while at the same time promoting their integration into the professional world, thanks to the club’s influence with partner economic players
Sylvain COULANGE
Director of INSEEC Marseille Provence Campus
A partnership focused on the inclusion of young people, with an openness to the Region’s economic partners
This partnership will also help to boost the employability of local students. With a view to social inclusion, initiatives will be implemented to promote the integration and upward mobility of young people from the “Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville” (Priority Urban Neighborhoods), notably through the OM’nes Day program, which combines the discovery of careers with a sporting experience.
OMNES Education and the actions supported by the group will finally benefit from the visibility associated with being an official supplier to Olympique de Marseille, and will be featured on the club’s communication media from this season onwards.
We are delighted to welcome OMNES Education to the OM family as an official supplier. Contributing to the emergence of future professionals in the sector by offering them the opportunity to discover the workings of a sports club from the inside, while giving them access to OM’s network of partners, is a great initiative with which we are proud to be associated
