This soccer and travel enthusiast may not have been predestined for the career he has now embraced.
A pure product of the INSEEC campus in Chambéry (first at CESNI and then with an MSc 2 in Business Engineering), Franck Berla has succeeded in his professional integration. He is now a real estate consultant at Swiss Patrimoine in Geneva. A graduate’s word.
What was your school career?

:
“I first obtained a professional baccalaureate in commerce at the lycée professionnel de St Michel de Maurienne with high level sport courseincluding 20 weeks devoted to skiing.
Then, I continued with the CESNI for 2 years, which gave me the chance to do a 2 month internship in a starred restaurant in London.
Afterwards, I decided to follow the Bachelor specialized in Luxury in English awith a 6 month internship in New York at theInternational Emmy’s Awards. Then, I continued on a Master 1 Luxuryalways atINSEEC and in English. During this year, I was able to do a 6 months internship in a real estate agency in Playa del Carmen in Mexico. And, I ended with the MSc 2 Business Development and Business Engineering in alternation at Swiss Patrimoine Immobilier in Geneva.“
What do you remember from your five years at INSEEC campus in Chambéry?
Franck: “It’s about having the opportunity to linkopportunity to link the éstudies and the practice of high-level sports. JI was also able to to travel, which has allowed me to my CV to gain strength and deepen my skills.
I especially remember theséation of an extraordinary professional network in almost every bodys of professions. And I can only rejoice in these 5 years of of exciting student life and quality teaching by professionalss, not professors.“
And today, what job do you have?
Franck : “I am working at Swiss Patrimoine Immobilier in Geneva. On a daily basis, I am in charge of the sale of propertys real estates which can go froman amount of CHF 1,107,000 toà CHF 28,000,000.
In parallel, I also take care of to execute of real estate offers in order to to realize promotion.“
What advice would you give to students?
Franck : “The only advice I would wish to give, is to follow through on your desires… but for that, it is necessary to be coherenterent and lucid in your goals.“
