For the second year running, INSEEC hosted the CFNews Grands Prix de la Croissance Externe Sud Ouest on its Bordeaux campus on Thursday, May 16, 2024. The CFNews Grands Prix are awarded to companies in the South West region that have distinguished themselves in 2023 and the first half of 2024 through their external growth. INSEEC has already hosted the first edition of the Prix de la Région in 2023.
More than 250 key figures from the M&A and Private Equity ecosystem in the South-West region were present for the occasion, and the Jury awarded 8 different prizes:
- Large Cap France Prize – Sales > €350M: awarded to Hervé Jouves, President of Hygie31 and INSEEC Alumni, Class of 1990
- Prix Mid Cap France – C1: 1000M – 350M: awarded to Claire Valentin, Chief Strategy Officer of Exosens
- Prix Smid Cap France – Sales 20M – 100M: awarded to Rémy Challe, Managing Director of Talis Education Group
- Small Cap Award – Sales < 20M: awarded to Victor douek, CEO of SELLSY
- International Prize: awarded to Matthieu Gufflet, President and Founder of EPSA
- ESG Award: presented to Philippe Berlié, Chairman of SERMA GROUP and Pierre-Olivier Besombes, Managing Director of SERMA GROUP
- TECH Award: presented to Christophe Morizot, Chairman of Gaiana and Baptiste Masse, CFO and M&A Director of Gaiana
- Jury’s Special Prize: awarded to Angélique GASCOI, President and CEO of l’Onglerie France
Laurent Bergeruc, Director INSEEC MSc France and Bordeaux campus, in addition to introducing our school, which is well-established in the region, and the BtoB and BtoC relationships we have forged with companies, he took the opportunity to introduce the awards ceremony with a speech on the forthcoming job dating event to be held on our new campus on May 28. Hosting this type of event on our campuses enables our teams to continue the fantastic work they do every day to offer our students internship and work-study opportunities, and to strengthen our links with our ecosystem of corporate partners.
