Only in the second year of the Bachelor campus of Chambéry, three students have taken the initiative to create their own company and become entrepreneurs ! They decided to create a clothing line.
Before launching, very soon, in the event business! A whole program and a beautiful adventure that they tell us with pleasure and great desire. A real breath of fresh air.
Their names are Antonin (21), Johan (20) and François (22).
What they have in common: they are all in their second year of a Bachelor’s degree. But what do they have in common? They launched, all three, also their company, ASQUARE, which gathers bracelets, a beginning of line of clothing but also very soon, of the event actions with the promotion of artists on the Rhone-Alpes Region.
“We created this company in April 2017. At the base, it was only a project in class, as part of a course, but in view of the figures, market and prices, we decided to launch us in the big bath!”, presents Antonin Gouverd, who continues:
“At Inseec U., we are lucky to have an incubator that accompanies us for free. It’s a real moment of sharing and so we are delighted.”
Antonin acknowledges that having access to the school’s student base was a real plus at the time of launch.
Soon to go international?
We had nothing to lose,” admits François. The school provides us with a lot of theoretical elements but also pushes us to really put them into practice. What we lacked in terms of basics, we got at Inseec.
Since the launch, the three entrepreneurs have achieved a turnover of 3500 € which should grow even more when they also accompany, in another project, artists on different stages in the Rhône-Alpes region. So what is entrepreneurship?
“Already, the school encourages us to have this entrepreneurial soul so automatically, it fortified our idea. We’ve had to be organized and diligent to achieve this goal, which is just the beginning of the adventure for us.”
How do they see the future?
“Maybe internationally and with projects that would be present all over the world. And why not a millionaire?” says Antonin, smiling.
In any case, we wish these three very committed students all the best!
