The Ministry of Labour has set up an exceptional system for youth employment for the new school year!
To facilitate the entry into professional life the State has put in place a number of incentives to encourage companies to hire:
- A bonus allocated to companies to encourage professionalization and apprenticeship contracts:
For companies reluctant to hire a young person as an apprentice, the State has set up an exceptional aid of 5,000 euros for the recruitment of a student under 18 years old and an aid of 8,000 euros for those over 18 years old.
What is it?
This is an exceptional aid of 5,000 euros or 8,000 euros per contract preparing for a diploma or title of master level or lower, signed between July 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021, without condition on the number of apprentices for companies with less than 250 employees, and under conditions for those with 250 employees or more.
- A helping hand to accelerate youth hiring:
For companies reluctant to recruit immediately, the State has set up a compensation of charges of 4000 euros to companies for any young person recruited between August 2020 and January 2021. This is a reduction in the cost of labor on all employment contracts of more than 3 months for young people under 25 years of age.
