Inseec U. campus Chambéry is a business school that trains nearly 1,200 students each year, but not only. Professionals who have acquired experience through their various jobs can validate a diploma via the VAE system and personalized support from the school. This is the case of Lily Hall whom we met.
“I started the process in December and it was February 2016 when I got started!”
The enthusiasm of Lily Hall, 25 years old, who is currently following a Validation of Acquired Experience program at INSEEC to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in “Customer Development Manager”, can be heard in her voice. But why?
“I stopped my studies after high school, telling myself that I would resume them after my stay abroad. But no… I worked and did several seasons afterwards.
After three years in a ski school with all the elements of business development, Lily applied to a few companies, “but there was always a catch. Employers recognized my experience but lacked the degree and training.
“Inseec U. ? Top-notch support!”
For some time now, Lily has been working as a real estate agent in the Val d’Isère resort, which has strongly encouraged her to take up VAE. It is thus motivated that she began the realization of the file obligatory to the passage of such a title.
“I have an advisor from Inseec who supports me, but I will also be accompanied by a teacher for the realization of the file of about 40 pages. I plan to pass the jury in February or March before going on to a master’s degree in a sandwich course! Obtaining a diploma is not only a personal recognition but also a way to access better positions. Because hard work always pays off.
