The Masterclasses are the real “+ program” of the Bachelor’s program and are a privileged time of immersion in a company or at the school. The concept? In a classroom format (one hour or half a day), a professional honors us with the pleasure of coming to discuss with the students to help them discover their profession, their daily life, their missions; or on the contrary to “defantasize” certain preconceived ideas about a profession! The Masterclasses allow you to “spice up” the program and make it more real than through academic courses, even though most of these are already taught by professionals! At the Bachelor, the autumn was very busy in terms of Masterclasses: there was something for all levels and all tastes!
Return on the first harvest of Masterclass!
Let’s start with the B3s (=3rd year Bachelors) for whom the semester has been intense because classes will end in mid-December to make room for the specialization internship or the academic semester abroad! Pell-mell, our B3 had the chance to welcome Benjamin Berger, General Manager of Cimalpes, Master Sonia Da Costa, lawyer at the Chambéry Bar; Frédéric Lazareth, manager of RDS, a company that has been generating 80% of its turnover in the last 20 years Pauline Caylak ofthe communication agency In addition to the“Vas-y Paulette”, Alain Hotzau, for two conferences entitled “Kids marketing” and “Sports marketing”, Mélanie Poinas, for a “Management of atypical profiles”, etc. The work-study class already has an appointment at theWTO on June 24.
B2s are not left out: before a day visit to theUNO planned in semester 2, the themes “Introduction to digital”, “Communication strategy”, “Preparation for Voltaire Certification” have been or will be addressed by professionals, experts in their field. Next highlight? A Masterclass entitled “Behind the scenes of an accounting firm”, with the complicity of the fiduciary EUREX !
Finally, the B1s have had an exciting start to the year. If the “International day” mapathon is approaching, the students will have an appointment at the beginning of December with David Comparet, manager of two real estate agencies in Savoie! More on this next semester!
