Selected on the basis of their academic results, some 15third-year students took part in the Digital Marketing Seminar, in partnership with the Faculty of Pharmacy of Châtenay-Malabry.
Bernard Imianitoff, teacher and head of a communication agency specialized in the health sector, was one of the speakers at the seminar. He tells us more.
“The goal of this seminar is above all to play on the complementarity of these two different training courses. Divided into two communication agencies, the students, mixed together, worked on a real case, the launch of a pharmaceutical product: an adrenaline auto-injector. Each agency was composed of 4 sub-groups dealing with a digital medium: website, emailing, mobile application and social networks. Of course, the students had to coordinate to present an overall agency strategy.”
First, the students reviewed the basics of marketing and the specificities of the sector. They were able to attend thematic workshops on digital marketing with Patrick Bellair, a digital marketing expert, and Bernard who also coached them during their research.
“This seminar is a rewarding experience for the students. First of all, because today we can’t do without digital. Secondly, because the healthcare field is a buoyant and innovative sector.”

“Despite the scientific jargon, I enjoyed learning about this new field. The case was completely different from what we are used to seeing the rest of the year. Even though the pace was hard and intense, it was all in goodfun with the pharmacy students. The speakers taught us a lot in a very short time! The introduction to digital marketing and its tools was most rewarding!”
