Noémie (currently in BTS), Manon and Rocile (currently in Terminale) participated in a day of immersion at the INSEEC Bachelor & BBA during their school vacations.
It was an opportunity for them to discover life in a business school, to exchange with students and professors and to better understand what courses are taught.
All three have had the opportunity to study in French and English. Rocile told us that she preferred the English classes, with a teacher who explained the general principles of Marketing, which she did not know:
“This day not only reinforced my idea of going to business school, but more importantly, I chose the “Full English” option and had all the classes in English. I was able to see that I had the abilities and that it fit me.
In particular, I was able to interact with the students in this class in English. I really liked the atmosphere and the mix.”
For her part, Noémie was able to compare the atmosphere in business school with the BTS she is currently taking:
“This day of immersion reinforced my idea of joining the INSEEC Bachelor. Indeed, the business school is a real springboard for integration into the corporate world. In addition, student life allows you to juggle classes, business and community life, everything you need to thrive in your studies. “
The results of the first day of immersion are positive for our three students, who were able to integrate into the school, learn new concepts and interact with the students. Next step for them: the competition and the motivation interview. They confess that they feel comfortable in the premises and are more confident in their application.
“Participating in an immersion day is really interesting, you get to see the differences between high school and college and you have nothing to lose, only things to learn. During this day you will put yourself in the shoes of a business school student. You will have the opportunity to see if this is for you”.
Immersion at INSEEC Bachelor & BBA: a day to discover, exchange and also to reassure yourself! A good motivation to pass exams and be able to project yourself in a known environment for the start of the 2016 school year.
