Title of “Human Resources Manager” level 7 – former level I – registered in the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) under the code NSF 315 by decision of France Compétences of July 1st, 2022.

The objectives

The objective of the Human Resources Manager program is to train future managers in the concepts and tools of HRM in a very operational way, capable of understanding the company in its entirety and of implementing an effective HR policy.

The program also aims to provide future Human Resources managers with a high level of training in labor law, social auditing and compensation policy.

Targeted Activities:
  • Human Resources Strategy Design;
  • Organization and management of human resources ;
  • Design and management of individual and collective social relations;
  • Management of teams and support for HR projects.

Competence blocks

At the end of the course, students will have acquired the following four blocks of competencies:

  • Designing the human resources strategy
  • Organize and manage human resources
  • Design and manage individual and collective social relations
  • Managing teams and supporting HR projects

The certification is issued by capitalization of the totality of the blocks of competences. Each competency of a block must be validated to validate the block of competencies. Partial validation of a block is not possible.

The targeted professions

The profession targeted by the certification is that of Human Resources Manager. Various names cover the perimeter of this trade:

The outsourcing of certain services also leads service providers to offer positions whose required skills are those of the human resources manager:

At the beginning of his or her career, the Human Resources Manager may hold positions as “human resources manager” before moving on to a managerial position with the supervision of a team. This title can also be found in smaller structures.

Prerequisites

The candidate must justify:

  • For entry into the 4th year (MSc1): a level 6 or equivalent (i.e. 180 ECTS validated) preferably in the field of human resources.
  • For entry into the 5th year (MSc2): a level 6 and having validated the equivalent of 240 ECTS preferably in the field of human resources.

The institution remains open to other types of training areas as long as the candidate’s professional project remains consistent with his or her aspirations.

This certification is accessible through Validation of Acquired Experience .

Human resources management is an area necessary for the proper functioning of organizations in both the private and public sectors, regardless of the status and size of the structure. The activity varies according to the sector, the size of the structure and the perimeter of the managed population.

Missions also vary according to the presence in the company of dedicated recruitment, training and compensation departments. In companies with centralized specialized expertise, the Human Resources Manager plays a coordination and general support role for a population of employees.
